Van Ladnier has over 25 Years of Business Development and Operations experience.  The Industries he has served in are Nuclear, Fossil, Industrial, Pulp & Paper, and Petro Chemical markets.

His expertise in specialty welding, plant maintenance and field operations allow Van to support ME&I’s customer needs and expectations.  His understanding of field work allows him to create a value added response to our customer requests.

He has spent the last 4 years focusing on customer relations and business development.

Van places safety as a critical attribute for all of ME&I and customer employees.    His goal is to ensure all employees return home to their families at the end of each day in the same if not better condition then they showed up to work.
