Derek Mishou has over 15 years of experience of Field Engineering and Operations in steam generation and production plants.  Starting with operational Co-ops while attending Maine Maritime Academy, Derek gained early experience in how a functioning plant was operated and maintained, with safety and communication being paramount to success.

Over the years, Derek has supported customers in the Fossil, Refinery, Pulp and Paper, Waste to Energy, and Petrochemical industries while working as a leader in Engineering, Operations and Business Development roles.  His experience in Field Engineering Services allow him to quickly diagnose issues and get the right people in place to address customer needs as soon as they arise.

Derek has a BS in Power Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, ME.
